In my sixteen years of ministry, there has been one thing that’s remained a burning passion for change and transformation; and that’s to equip and empower the next generation for the work of the ministry.

This
Through the years I’ve noticed a shift (and now statistics are supporting my theory) that the younger generation are less and less interested in God—much less taking on responsibility and assignments from God. My passion and purpose is to see a generation that picks up the mantle that we leave them and makes it burn so brightly that it revolutionizes a culture and shapes it to look more like Jesus!

“Normal” church functions, programs, and strategies will no longer be sufficient for this generation. My generation and all generations before me cannot be a barrier for the next generation but rather a bridge. This paradigm shift must start today for a culture to see an authentic manifestation of Jesus. With that in mind, my heart is to present Jesus in such a way that one encounter with Him makes you crave more of Him. Not a "denominational" Jesus or a "traditional" Jesus... but Jesus. I want to empower and equip a younger generation with the authority and confidence that they are assigned to bring heaven on earth, teaching them the nuances of ministry and all its complexities while juggling family and life.
